Sliding scale $15-$25 (pay in-person at class)
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early and bring a yoga mat (I have some if you need one!).
These gentle Hatha style yoga classes will help you connect more deeply to your breath and body. We will build strength, balance and flexibility leaving you with a calm and positive mind. All experience levels are welcome.
Golden Hour is located at 1127 NW 16th Ave Portland, OR 97209
You may park in the gravel lot on the corner of 16th and Northrup.
